Hello Kulhadd!

Today(10th, February) is the first day to start work of the Year of the Tiger in 2022. First of all, welcome all friends  back to Toppo Family. On behalf of the company, I wish everyone a happy and auspicious Year of the Tiger!

As the saying goes, all things can recover in spring, and God rewards hard work. Look back on the achievements we have achieved in 2021, we can find it's not easy. Everyone has made outstanding contributions to the development of the company. We would like to say thank you, thanks for your hard work and dedication as always.

A new year begins, and a new journey is about to set sail! Before the Spring Festival, we have formulated three strategic goals for Toppo in 2022. First, Team Building. In the new year, we will invest a lot of human and financial resources in the company's talent echelon construction, team ability growth and team stability. The second is Performance Growth. In 2022, we will move into a new industrial park. The new park will be 2-2.5 times larger than here. Therefore, we need a large number of orders to support the company's development. Performance Growth is not only a matter of sales team, we need the joint efforts of all our departments in QA, PMC, Production and RD. The third is to reduce costs and increase efficiency. The company has formulated business goals and profit goals for 2022. Cost reduction and efficiency increase will be the top priority to achieve this goal. In 2022, cost reduction and efficiency increase will become The working principle of every Toppoes.

Combining the above three points, I hope that all my colleagues can work quickly with full enthusiasm, work together, and move forward bravely. I also ask everyone to believe that if the people's hearts are united, the mountains will move. In the year of the tiger in 2022, hope we can expand the market like a tiger going down the mountain unstoppable!

Finally, I announce that Toppo Lighting's new journey in the Year of the Tiger has officially set sail!
